History

Alyson (or Aly for short) grew up in a divorced household and was raised by her mom. Alyson often visited her dad and step mother over holiday vacations when she was younger. As she grew up she was no stranger to arguments as they were constantly happening around her. Which caused her to hide in her room the majority of the time. A place she claimed as her only solace,a world of her own. Inevitably this made it hard to talk to people and even more difficult to make friends.

For a large portion of her life Alyson has struggled to be what her parents deemed "perfect". Always well dressed, expected to get no less then A or B grades, and almost never back talked. Around the age of thirteen Alyson seemed to be sick all the time. Usually she just wrote it off as too much stress or just a bad cold. Around this time Alyson began to feel more emotions then she was used to. Whenever she walked into a room, everyone's emotions would hit her like a brick wall. For a long time she didn't know how to handle it. Often becoming anxious and irritable as a result.

The day she discovered her affinity for ice was a particularly awful day. One where everything seemed to go wrong. Her grades were low,she had lost a friend and to top it off came home to yet another argument. Alyson had gone to the bathroom to wash her face and cool off but nothing came out of the pipes. She felt sick to her stomach. A sort of dizzying nausea. This had been going on for a while. At first she had thought nothing of it,until various drinks started freezing in her hands. From there it progressed.

When Alyson was 20 years old she decided to opt for a change scenery and moved in with her dad. At first it was great. She had a good job and purchased a car of her own.Her family even planned a few adventures together. Unfortunately Alyson couldn't ignore the feeling that she didn't belong and things became tense.Since her family got into fights when she tried to express herself, she took up her old habits of being alone. She decided to give herself one more chance at a new beginning by moving a comfortable distance away. The night of their last fight she packed whatever fit into her car and moved herself to Cordova.
